AVASTARS
Client: Possibility Place, Jill Barad

The Ask:
Create branding for the launch of a unique concept:
3D printed doll face with your likeness.
The brand experience included an interactive retail destination, digital capture, personalized video, and then personalized dolls received in the mail.
The Solution:
An upscale packaging presentation to continue the retail experience. Stars everywhere! A tactile packaging experience based on function first due to unique manufacturing constraints. Packaging solution then set the tone for additional applications.
Logo • Branding • Style Guide • Print • Digital • Retail

… good taste to every project …
Create a logo that felt worthy of a movie studio. Convey an aspirational tone; reaching for the star— the star that is within you.
Highly tactile, whether executed with foil for printing, neon for signage, or rendered to look like chrome in other applications.

LOGO GALLERY

Created a visual brand vocabulary starting with the logotype and an intentionally limited, sophisticated color palette. Applications included: internal brand/style guide, retail environment, packaging, website, advertising, and promotions.
BRANDING GALLERY
Sophisticated, Tactile, and definitely Giftable. Every component needed to continue the brand experience after the retail experience.
Holographic foil, spot UV & soft-touch varnishes were used to create this lush concept. Manufacturing process of adding 3d face post offshore production in US fulfillment center was paramount to the functionality of the package structure and the recipient unboxing experience.

PACKAGING GALLERY

Worked with industrial designers on kiosk concept and execution. All aspects of retail launch: traffic flow, fixture selections, signage design, and manufacturing supervision.
